After Covid: ‘I’ve blood clots and a braced leg, but I’m home’
After battling Covid-19, I thought I was in the clear, but then came the blood clots. It was a scary experience, but luckily I made it home to recover.
Doctors had to put me on blood thinners to dissolve the clots, and I was also left with a braced leg due to the strain the virus put on my body.
Despite the challenges, I am grateful to be alive and back in the comfort of my own home. It’s been a long journey, but I am slowly regaining my strength each day.
Recovery has not been easy, but I am surrounded by loved ones who have been my rock throughout this ordeal.
I have learned to appreciate the little things in life and not take my health for granted. It’s a reminder of how fragile we truly are.
Going through this experience has made me more resilient and appreciative of the simple joys in life. I am taking things one day at a time and focusing on my recovery.
The road ahead may be long, but I am determined to come out of this stronger than ever. I am grateful for the support and care I have received throughout this journey.
Although Covid-19 has left its mark on me, I am determined to not let it define me. I am a survivor, and I will continue to fight each day with a positive attitude.
My journey is far from over, but I am grateful for every moment I get to spend with my loved ones. I am hopeful for the future and look forward to better days ahead.
